ADROIT BUILDERS TEAM
ANTHONY JUAREZ-LESSING, PRESIDENT
Before founding Adroit Builders in 2008, Anthony had been a part of the construction industry from the age of 18 where he started as a custom cabinet maker. Working as a custom cabinet maker sparked a fascination for the home building trade. Anthony then began working for a custom home builder and honed many valuable skills on the field, as well as in the classrooms of various training institutes, including UC Davis construction management. Anthony has a natural talent in the craft of building, and a constant curiosity in improving the ever changing techniques in the industry. His ability to manage projects and build lasting relationships with his clients is invaluable to Adroit Builder’s success. Anthony truly believes in the importance of building relationships that would withstand the test of time.
ANGELA LAU, PROJECT ASSISTANT
Angela has been an integral part of Adroit Builders since 2013. Angela had graduated UC Davis as Animal Science major back in 2000. After switching careers, she had gone back to complete the construction management certification program through UC Davis. As a Project Assistant her responsibilities include documentation management, financial accounting, procurement, client communications, and assisting in the preparation of estimates. Angela provides the support needed in the office and on the field, starting from pre-construction to the final inspection. Her impeccable attention to detail makes for a fast turn around on projects and consistently exceeds client expectations.
